How it works

1. 1. Import 2–3 past jobs. Upload the spreadsheets from similar homes (.xlsx or .csv).
2. 2. Answer a few questions. e.g. 1.27× larger, 1.5× the slope, 1.3× the windows, finishes, access, septic or sewer.
3. 3. Review side by side. Each line shows every job's cost. Pick the one to use, tweak the multiplier, add or remove lines.
